Belief, they say, requires faith. But for one nurse, who suspects her patient may have an ailment beyond what can be cured by modern medicine, it also requires a silver bullet.

Let me tell you a story, a story about a monster. Not a big, fierce, toothy creature with razor sharp claws and glowing eyes, a monster of a different type, and a different size. Who says only good things can come in small packages?
